Harry

Harry Edward Styles is an English singer, songwriter, and musician from England. He was part of One Direction. In Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School where, along with three schoolmates He formed his own band called White Eskimo. Their excellent performances helped them beat the Battle of Bands 2009. In spite of always having been a fan of music, the man also had a dream of becoming a lawyer or physiotherapist. When he worked in the city's pastry shop, Harry Styles was able to provide for his family. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010 and did Is not She Lovely, the Stevie Wonder song. He was chosen. The group was then forced to split up because of the fact that they were selected. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who suggested Harry Styles to be part of a new group named One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were formed in 2010. The band of five was backed by Cowell, and they sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You as well Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. The group was among the best contenders for the competition. The group was however placed third position behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell has offered a two million-pound contract with One Direction in order for them to join Syco Records.
